Our Team

Crystal CHEUNG (Founder)

Slowing down is one of the big lesson Crystal have learned from yoga. Stress from life and work led Crystal down the path of yoga, back then, her life was in haste prior to yoga practice.

Morning meditation becomes her daily routine to start a day. Crystal comprehends that the universe has prepared what we really need, learns to surrender to the nature forces and let go of the desire for control.

On the mat she finds harmony. Yoga is a lifestyle, which is, in every sense, about balance of different dimensions of oneself. Crystal's practice focuses on the foundation and alignments of asana. She never pushes herself too hard to achieve an extreme posture, she believes the practice will come to her at the right time. Crystal has a strong faith that everyone is equal but unique.

The deep understanding of human physical structure knowledges and kinesiology from Movement Rapha and Anatomy Trains Australia, are applied in Crystal’s class. Her practice focuses on the foundation and alignment. Crystal wishes people would have a new prospective on yoga after my class. With the professional background in Nutrition studies, Crystal is certified with the Yoga Alliance’s RYT® 500 and E-RYT® 200, pre & post-natal teacher and Singing bowl teacher .

After a few years of practice, she discovered that the pain went away and there’s also improvement in mobility, flexibility and balance. She still enjoys doing sports but yoga is her passion. Being a dietitian and also a Chinese Medicine Practitioner, she combines the nourishing concepts of five elements in traditional Chinese medicine with yoga, and created Five Elements Flow, and enthusiastically shares her knowledge with others.
